The new development in Vallecas, in the southeast of Madrid, will be built in a 450 hectares site and will house a 100.000 people population.

The Civic Center, placed in the crossing of the two major avenues of the development, is a 420 mt. per 420 mt. square and will have 241.536 square meters of built floor area.

The Master Plan includes housing, a high-rise office building, auditoria, theatres, indoors sports facilities, health and welfare services, a library, and the City District Assembly Building.

An important element of the project is the great central garden space, placed above the road level, interweaving the facilities mentioned above.
