- The project won first prize in a competition
for a housing development in Monte Igueldo(San Sebastian) overlooking
the beautiful La Concha Bay.

- The project was never built because the City
Council decided to mantain the mountain as a green zone.

- The design sought to camouflage the building
under hanging gardens that took advantage of the privileged site.
All traffic went underneath of the gardens with big light wells
for natural light and ventilation.
